Hello I have been trying to use Rafl and I do not know how to get the pupils to upload work they have done so I can see the items they have worked on. I am experimenting with them uploading a word document and I can not see how they can do it. I have read the help pdf, but can not seem to find the right section.

Unfortunately you can’t use Javascript in realsmart posts.

RAG tasks – I tried this using the mind map – coloured circles with tasks. Thanks for the idea!

i was wondering if you offered training about developing this further- HTML and javascript that can be used in real Smart to make the content engaging

Hi Adam, if you’re a mentor and you are viewing an item that has been shared with you, you should definitely see the button to view/reset passwords of the learners. If you’re still having problems please email support@smartassess.com and we’ll take it from there.

Hi, I’m unsure that I have the correct access to do this. I’m a teacher, but I come up as a mentor. I don’t appear to have a passwords tab. Does my access need to be changed or is mentor sufficient?

Hi Katie, I’m afraid the office is currently closed, however your password can be reset by your teacher, maybe you can get an email to them?
