Welcome to the realsmart blog.

The aim of the blog is to act as a central point to get help with your realsmart tools. The blog will be regularly updated with the latest news and any support topics we think may be useful to realsmart users.

The realsmart platform features ‘callouts’ (that’s what we call those helpful yellow balloons!). These aim to enhance your realsmart experience, offering useful advice about the tools you are using. They are intelligently programmed to show just when you need them; you can close them at any time.

Should you need further help, just head to the ‘help’ menu at the top of the tool pages and you will be directed to a support page for that tool; if required, this post will also contain a link to a video tutorial.

From the dock:

The main dock within realsmart has callout help balloons which show what features are available and what they can do for you. The help dock help callout can be turned on and off from your ‘my profile’ page.

The question mark at the top right of the dock will bring you to the blog to start searching for the help you need.

We’ve introduced a new realsmart blog for all realsmart users.

This is accessible from the brand new login portal page and allows you to access and comment on any articles we publish.

Here you can find out what’s new to realsmart, who’s using it in innovative ways, information about training days, learn about any competitions we’re currently running, or anything we think may be of interest to you.

So keep your eyes peeled, there may be something on here that you’ve always wanted to know the answer to!

We are constantly updating realsmart and adding amazing new features. And the beauty of realsmart is that you get all of these instantly and absolutely free! This month we’ve completely changed how you see us.

Our login screen has been transformed into the new realsmart portal page. Not only can you sign into realsmart from here, you can also view our latest articles, search relevant support blog entries, check user stats, and maybe even win an iPod!

We’ve improved the functionality and tool tips within realsmart itself (particularly in rpassport), making it easier for you to know where you are and how to create, share and contribute.

You’ll also notice that sharing an item has become a lot easier! Now it’s as easy as one, two, three!

So go on – have a look at us – we’ve changed!
