If a user is in your MIS but hasn't appeared in realsmart there are several possible reasons why not that we will outline below.

Go to your smartadmin console and in the dashboard click the green 'Last MIS Import.' Button.

This will give you a CSV file of all your users. From here:

 

1. First Check the CSV to see if the person is in the CSV, if they are there check to see if they have a duplicate firstname, surmame, UPN or staffcode.

2. If they have a duplicate firstname, surmame, UPN or staffcode, please ask your MIS Data Manager to provide a unique code.

3. If the user isn't in the CSV please check that the users start date has passed in the MIS.

If the user's start date has passed but they still aren't in the CSV contact support@realsmart.co.uk
