In your smartsite dashboard area, navigate to smartPlugins > smartpanel and select the "Use new cpanel" option.  This enables the new version of cpanel for your smartsite, in place of the existing cpanel, disabling this option will show the old version again. Please note that the new cpanel is now managed from smartadmin.
