smartsites allow you to restrict categories so that only a certain user is able to post in them.

In order to do this first log into your smartsite dashboard and activate the plugin - Restrict Categories

From here go to Settings > Restrict Categories

On this panel you can select which users to post to which categories. Remember to save the changes at the bottom of the page.
