It's really easy to now schedule a start and end time for any posts on your WordPress site.

We think this is really useful for the staff and student noticeboards. Scheduling automates the process of setting up temporary posts such as notices of Assemblies and Canteen closures etc.

Scheduling posts

To schedule a publishing date and time simply select the “edit” button next to “Publish Immediately” in the publishing window. Then just set the date and time when you would like the post to be made and click OK.

To schedule an expiry date and time for your post just enable the “post expirator” in the plugins menu. Now when editing your post just select your expiry time in the new “Post Expirator” window.
