If your Classrooms are not being created for a teacher you can carry out a number of steps to check the import is correct.

1. Please check in realsmart admin that the teacher is included in the groups.

2. Please check with your MIS manager that the teacher is the main class teacher (ie the class isn't shared with two teachers).

Our classroom provisioning service does not enable other class teachers until the main class teacher accepts the classroom course.
