Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) with Google Authenticator

Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for "Google Authenticator."
Download and install the Google Authenticator app.
Open the Google Authenticator app on your device.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup.
Log in to your account on the website or application where you want to enable 2FA.
If your account admin has enabled 2FA for your account, you will be prompted to set up 2FA after a successful login.
You will see a QR code on your screen after logging in.
Open the Google Authenticator app.
Tap the "+" button or "Set up account" option.
Select "Scan a QR code."
Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code displayed on your screen.

After scanning the QR code, Google Authenticator will generate a 6-digit code.
Enter this code into the input box on your account's 2FA setup page.
Submit the code.
Once you submit the code, your 2FA setup is complete.
For all future logins, you will be prompted to enter a code from the Google Authenticator app after entering your username and password.
Ensure your device's time is synced correctly for the authentication codes to work.
Backup your account’s recovery codes if provided. These will help you access your account if you lose access to your Google Authenticator app.
