smartsites
For our MAT organisations, you may want to create an array of links that can be used by school's within the organisation. For this use case, we have a MAT Nav plugin, that allows you to add and update links centrally to be used on your school's sites.

To get started, please follow the instructions to enable MAT Multisite here.
You will then need to enable the plugin by searching Plugins for MAT Nav Menus and selecting Activate.
Once you have enabled the two aforementioned plugins, highlight "smartPlugins" in the nav menu, and select "Mat Nav".
On the Mat Nav page, fill in the "Add Mat Link" form with a link you'd like to be available to all of your MAT schools:
Any links you add will be available to edit or delete, please note once a link has been added, any edits you make will then be applied to your schools' links, providing a central location to maintain and update your MAT links.
Go to Appearance -> Menus
Select the MAT Link you would like to apply to your school's menu structure, then add it and place it where you would like as usual.
Once you have placed the MAT Nav item where you would like, Save the menu. Any changes made to this menu item from the MAT Nav area will then be applied to all of your school's corresponding MAT Nav Items.
